Security Guard Service in Karachi

Karachi's scale and diversity, from Clifton's high-value properties to Malir Cantt's disciplined cantonment culture, means security guard requirements vary a lot, but our verification standard never does.

Our screening process

Karachi placements split roughly into two profiles: high-rise apartment buildings that already run their own building-level security registration desk and need a guard who can work alongside that system, and independent houses in areas like Clifton or Malir Cantt that want a guard as the sole line of security. For building placements, we specifically check that candidates are comfortable coordinating with a society's existing gate staff and visitor-registration process rather than replacing it. Every guard still goes through CNIC verification, a police character certificate, a physical fitness check and reference checks with previous employers before being shortlisted.

Shift options

Apartment and high-rise clients often only need a lobby or floor-specific day shift, since the building's own security handles the main gate. Independent houses more commonly ask for full coverage, day, night, or a 24-hour rotation split between two guards on 12-hour shifts. Tell us which setup applies to your building or street and we'll match the shift accordingly.

Residential vs. high-rise and office placements

The skills that matter most shift depending on where the guard is working. A house in Malir Cantt needs a guard who is the sole line of security, someone who owns the whole gate routine, visitor logging and vehicle checks from start to finish. A high-rise in Clifton or a commercial office instead needs someone who can slot into an existing building system: signing in at a front desk, coordinating with lobby staff, and following a building's own visitor-registration protocol rather than running an independent one. We ask about this upfront because a guard who's excellent in one setting can feel out of place in the other, and matching the right profile the first time saves everyone a mismatched placement.

What a typical booking looks like

Given Karachi's scale, we start by narrowing down the property type, independent house, high-rise apartment, or office, along with your area and preferred shift. That framing lets us shortlist candidates who already have relevant experience rather than a generic pool. We then share two or three profiles with background summaries, arrange an introductory meeting, and confirm once you're satisfied. Most Karachi placements are finalized within 48 hours of the initial message, though high-rise placements sometimes move faster since building management often has its own onboarding checklist we can slot into.

Trial period and replacements

We know a guard's fit isn't always obvious until they've actually worked a few shifts in your building or on your street. If the placement isn't right, timing issues, communication gaps, or simply not the fit you expected, tell us and we'll find a replacement. We'd rather get it right than leave you with a guard who isn't working out.

Documents and verification you can expect

Every guard placed through us has completed CNIC verification, holds a police character certificate, has passed a physical fitness check, and has had at least one previous employer contacted about reliability and any past incidents. For high-rise and office placements, we also confirm the candidate is comfortable following a building's own visitor-registration protocol rather than expecting to run an independent one. For independent houses, we weight reference checks more toward how the candidate handled being the sole line of security at a previous posting. We share a summary of this background with you before you meet the guard.

Uniform, equipment and reporting

Guards arrive uniformed from their first shift in every setting, whether that's a Clifton house or a high-rise lobby in Malir. Standard equipment includes a torch for night duty and a visitor/gate log, though in building placements, this often supplements a building's own log rather than replacing it, and we brief guards to follow whichever system the building already has in place. On reporting, guards are trained to flag anything unusual directly to you: an unfamiliar vehicle on an independent property, or an unregistered visitor attempt in a building setting. We ask clients to tell us upfront which reporting style they prefer, a quick message as things happen, or a short end-of-shift summary, and we brief the guard accordingly.

Questions we're asked most in Karachi

Do guards placed in apartment buildings still go through the same screening as house guards? Yes, the baseline checks (CNIC, police character certificate, fitness check, reference calls) are identical. What differs is which additional skills we screen for, based on whether the placement is a standalone house or a building that already has its own security desk.

Can we request a guard who's worked in a specific area of Karachi before? We'll try to match based on relevant prior experience where it exists, though it isn't guaranteed for every request, Karachi's guard pool is large, but specific-area experience narrows it.

What happens if our building changes its visitor-registration process after the guard is placed? Let us know and we'll brief the guard on the new process; this kind of adjustment doesn't require restarting the placement.

Need other staff too? We also place drivers, office boys, cooks and helpers throughout Karachi.

Message us on WhatsApp with your area and shift preference, we'll shortlist verified guards within 48 hours.
